Great product; however pricey!!! They are "must have" cartridges if you desire quality printing.

Worked great until it didn't

According to the4 toner chart, our BK 227 cartidge was about 2/3 full of toner when it totally failed. I regularly clean the LEDs and the Corona wires.

Nothing special

I would really expect the extra capacity cartridges to last longer. I can see no menaingful difference between the regular and extra cartridges.

The number of pages that can be printed with a cartridge is affected by several factors, including paper size, number of pages per print job, amount of print on each page, font size, and print content (graphics, charts, etc.). Print jobs with large text fonts, graphics, charts, and/or large amount of solid coverage (black or any given color) will use much more toner and will shorten the life of the toner cartridge. Streaky immediately DO NOT PURCHASE

Purchased the 2 pack for the MFC-3770 Color Printer when we got the machine initially. After the initial smaller printer cartridge ran out, the first one out of the box immediately started leaking. Printer needed repair (within the 1 year warranty) but the cartridge was wasted $. Only get what you need, and don't assume the 90 days starts when you install the new cartridge. Brother's quality on their cartridges is mentioned as a flaw in lots of these reviews. Fix it.
