Poor follow-up from manufacturer.

Shipper only sent one of two that I ordered. I called, Macy’s requested shipper send the second hat…no second hat. Now I’m trying to get at least a refund. I needed two for twins. Major disappointment. Will not order this label from Macy’s again. Macy’s can’t guarantee I will receive what I ordered and paid for.
