Macy's Online Store is a Scam - avoid!!!

I cannot process a return or refund for the wrong item sent. Macy's acknowledged their mistake but is requiring me to get my refund from the vendor. I have emailed and called Macy's and they are unresponsive. I am going to tell my credit card company that I refuse to pay.
