Home Gym Equipment Not Just for Kids Anymore
Come to know that I love this product. It was a piece of cake to assemble and is a perfect fit for my exercise room. It is Very, Very well made and as stated in the advertisement the coil springs are strong. I am '6 1" 200 lbs and I put them to the test, so much so that I damaged the quadracept muscle in my right leg affecting the femoral nerve ( what a gosh-awful pain ). Haven't been able to walk for going on two weeks now as of August 2025. However, I can't wait until the healing process is over so I can get back on it. Get you one. It is built tough. Also, Buy according to your weight class. And by all means, start off with moderate to light exercises for a few weeks before going full tilt. " Update" As of December 2025 my quadracept muscles are healed and I can actually walk again . The healing process took about 5 months but seemed like forever. I have begun using my BSCAN again but you can best believe i have been humbled! No more stunts like the girl in the photo.
