Order 4 Piece BBQ Tool Set, missing Fork

I was excited when the box arrived but noticed that it was somewhat damaged. When I opened it I found that it was missing one piece. The Fork was missing and I immediately called Macy’s customer service who sent a message to the seller. The second email from the seller stated that the Fork was “no longer in inventory” and it would take about 3 months for it to be restocked if I wanted to wait! I returned the 3 pieces I received to the nearest Macy’s and got a full refund. Then I purchased the 3 pieces BBQ Tool Set which also includes a Fork and received it two days later. So, if the Fork was not in inventory how was I able to order the 3 piece BBQ set which also includes a Fork? Was the seller intentionally misleading me? Probably the last time I buy from this seller.
