Delighted

I used to always have dyson but (silly me) I decided to go to a cheaper make (how stupid ) not my greatest idea, so now I'm back with dyson and I am delighted with it, the whole experience with dyson is soooo much better, everything about dyson is quality, the suction power, the ease of use, sorry I left you for a while......won't do it again.

Too stiff to undi

I think the basic bit is good but it is so stiff I can’t use any of the tools or attachments as I can’t undo the bits also can’t empty the dust bag far too stiff such a shane

A lot of suck but doesn’t mop the muck.

I bought this a month ago. I should have been a little more careful in my purchase as the dust container is too small and not terribly practical. I bought this for the floor washing head. I really wanted this to be brilliant. But it isn’t.

Very good does the job, very convenient been cordless. The only problem is the battery runs out far to quick. Other than that fine. Had to buy a second battery, would have been nice if it came with a second bettery.

LOVE THIS

Surprised at the runtime and suction. Can use for the entire house 3-4 times before the next charge. And there is an auto power stronger suction when it comes areas that more dust is detected!
