Missing handles

Waste of money

I was very disappointed with this dresser. After spending time assembling it, I discovered that the handles were missing from the package. Unfortunately, I had already thrown away the box and completed most of the assembly, so returning it was not an option. The dresser is unusable as intended without the handles, and it’s frustrating to spend time and money on a product that arrives incomplete. Quality control should ensure all necessary parts are included before shipping. A complete waste of money and a very disappointing experience.
