I love this!
I have an older TV set up in my office. I really dislike navigating with it as I'm used to smart TVs. This changed everything! This makes my old TV like a smart TV with quick access to my apps. I highly recommend! I'm so bummed I didn't get one sooner.

Fast streaming service
This was easy to set up, works efficiently and is a great alternative to cable tv. It’s convenient to use on different TV’s at home or when traveling. The video, image and audio quality are amazing! I highly recommend for never ending entertainment.

Solid addition to the TV, inconsistent with certain controls
Enjoyed using the product for the most part - the Alexa voice control option was probably my favorite feature that I know I’ll continue to enjoy. User interface/Home Screens felt pretty standard and intuitive, and worked seamlessly with my apps (Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, etc). I was surprised that the stick needed to be connected to a separate power source other than the TV in addition to an HDMI port. The remote is sleek and light but would be a little inconsistent with certain TV controls, like changing inputs or taking us to the Home Screen after the TV is turned on. Overall, will continue to use as it definitely adds to the TV more than its cons take away… but does have room for improvement.

Easy to use
I received the Amazon fire stick in exchange for an honest review. I wanted to put a tv into our home gym so that I could watch YouTube videos. I didn’t want to spend the money on a new tv and we had a spare tv with a lost remote that is quite old and wasn’t a smart tv. I set up my fire stick with the old tv. Set up took a little bit but now that it’s set up it’s quick and easy to use and I can watch tv while working out. Remote is very responsive and quick. We have some other smart tvs that can be so slow.

Easy access and set up
I have previously had a smart tv with access to all my various apps. Recently, I only had access to a tv without smart features. This was used on that new tv. So easy to set up and use. Was able to access all my various apps in one place. Way easier to use than other systems.

Amazing, but slow to sync
I love my Amazon Fire Stick 4k! We set it up in our bedroom, and it's made having streaming services in the bedroom so easy. I had the older version, and I appreciate the ability to talk into the remote - especially since our bedroom television is much smaller than the living room. My only frustration is that it took a few hours before it was working seamlessly with our television. Overall, I love it and would buy one in the future.

TLDR; people who prefer streaming services, this one’s for you! It’s a solid choice. The Amazon Fire TV 4K is a great addition to my tech portfolio because I personally tend to gravitate toward streaming shows, movies and music due to the flexibility. The other capabilities are nice like the dedicated 4K Ultra HD streaming, the Dolby Vision-Atmos, and being able to use the Fire TV 4K remote for controlling your TV functions too. That being said, I think those features are a “nice to have” not a “must have”. It’s like deciding between real leather or pleather seats in a car — the deciding factors are really your preferences and your budget. If you have the budget and the new bells and whistles make a difference in your user experience by all means, prime that new Fire TV 4K right now, if not, save a few bucks and enjoy the essentials on a Fire TV Stick or Fire TV Stick Lite. Overall, Fire TV 4K has an easy to use interface & I enjoy streaming my faves. Just remember, you also have to pay for the streaming services in addition to the Fire TV stick of your choice if you don’t already have them (now streaming from multiple different streaming services adds up to basically being as or more expensive than paying for satellite). You decide, it works for me and my preferred streaming experience!
