Pleased Customer

Opened the package and plugged it up as soon as it arrived. It’s been consistent making ice. The ice tray fills up fast. Love this product. Similar products were more expensive but this works great!

I received this product. Box was not damaged and there was a lot of styrofoam around it. However when I took it out of the box, the side of the ice maker has a huge dent in it. It had to been packed with the big dent because the box was not damaged. I reached out to the company and they have never responded back to me. What can I do?
