Breaks easily
I’ve been through 3 of these toothbrushes. The pin that holds the head on the base of the toothbrush gets loose with time so I’ve had to replace the toothbrush multiple times. With such an expensive toothbrush, you’d think it would be more durable.

Great Toothbrush
When used with the Sonicare app, you get a complete picture of how well you are brushing. Love the indication of applying too much pressure and the degree of teeth cleanliness. The handle should have had a flat surface opposite the brush head so that the handle would not easily roll over when set down on the bathroom counter.

Good brush, broke quickly
I love the brush. It does a very good job cleaning my teeth and keeping my gums healthier. It keeps a charge well, too. The reason for the lower rating, however, is because it broke after a year of use. The bit where the toothbrush attaches became wiggly which made the brush loud and nearly unusable.

Great but gimmicky
This brush is still a bit aggressive but I am getting used to it. I just hope it will not cause abrasion lesions on my teeth at the gumline. I feel like the mechanisms on the brush could be simplified. There are different levels of intensity labeled in a way that I have no idea how the levels are different one from another. I also feel like Phillips caters too much to public opinion by labeling brush heads as "medium" when they aren't and medium brush heads should never be used. Just be honest with consumers relabeling something to give us what you think we want.

Model 9300 Diamond Clean Rates a 10+
I have used a different Sonicare toothbrush model for about five years and decided to upgrade to the #9300 Diamond Clean model. I am very pleased and wish I had upgraded sooner! This Sonicare Model 9300 with the accompanying App work very well together. Through the App, I have been able to correct many of my old brushing habits where I was not brushing my teeth properly and holding my toothbrush correctly. The App and Sonicare working together is Amaxing! I highly recommend the Model 9300 Diamond Clean!
