Not what it’s cracked up to be!

I own 3 Roborock vacs which includes the Q5, Qrevo S5V and the S7MaxV. The Qrevo S5V can’t hold a candle to my Roborock S7MaxV! The Qrevo S5V appeared to be an upgrade with the spinning mops heads but in fact, it is slow in comparison to the S7MaxV and in my opinion, it doesn’t clean nearly as good! The S7MaxV vacuumed and mopped 377 sq. ft in 36 mins while the Qrevo S5V took 42 minutes to vacuum and mop 323 sq.ft.

A very good machine but it sucks that you have to download an app to use additional features otherwise I would have given it a 5. I have a flip phone and had I know that you had to use this stupid app I would have never purchased this unit.

Issues 3 months after purchase

About three months after purchase the robot started acting up. The tray was thoroughly cleaned yet red light would stay on and it kept sending alerts. I tried everything- cleaned throughly and even unplugging and the red light is still on and I still get error messages. Also started random errors stating that sensors were dirty- despite being polished. Prior to issues it was working pretty well. I don’t have pets and keep a pretty tidy home so I ran it a few times a week to keep my floors clean and carpets vacuumed. Disappointed.

This thing is garbage

Do not buy this piece of crap. In owning it for 4 months, I think it’s only completed one single job without getting stuck. Today I picked up everything off the ground and made sure there wasn’t a single obstacle. It figured out how to hop the closet door rail and get into the closet, but then couldn’t get out. It sat there stuck until I got home. I removed it and closed all closet doors and continued it. By then the battery was low. So after a couple of hours to recharge it started again. This time it worked itself behind an open door and got itself stuck again. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Bad Lidar design

Very annoying it always has lidar tutor errors. There is no good way to fix. It appears to be an issues. If not fo this it seems like it would be a great unit.

Roborock Qrevo is Garbage

Wheels go bad every 6 months and need to be sent in for repair, since it needs to he taken completely apart to service, and warranty repairs take over a month. Go with a better brand
