Not what I expected

Sits too low, back support is none existent, it comes in a box and the cushion is supposed to expand once you take it out of the packaging, it didnt happen. It is flat. The bottom back of the back hardly gives any low waist support. The material is very thin. Now I am stuck with a chair that is of no useage as it makes your back hurt. So dissapointed.

Poor Quality

We are very surprised that Macy's would carry this chair. If it was not such a hassle and expense to send it back, we would do that. We did not expect that the chair would come almost completely unassembled. It was a project to put it together. The back of the chair is too soft, and the seat is very long and stiff. Unless your legs are very long, you need to have a pillow behind your back. Poor choice and very surprised at Macy's. We expected better quality.

Missing part in shipment

I received the chair and a part is missing needed to assemble. After many attempts, I finally reached customer service and found out the part is out of stock and will take 2-4 MONTHS to get. Very disappointed

Tricky assembly: screws holes obstructed by fabric. Back cushion is too soft. Chair looks nice and seems sturdy.

Pretty Chair

Adorable smaller chair, perfect for a bedroom. The cushions come vacuum sealed, and I’m hoping some of the remaining wrinkles settle out. Also, note that this linen material is very slightly cream/beige, not white.
