disappointed on how it was shipped

I received this beautiful purse, and I was really excited to see it. However, I was disappointed to find that it was shipped in a box with no protective padding or cushioning. As a result, there are some minor scuffs and marks that I noticed upon opening it. Given the lack of adequate packaging to safeguard the item during transit, I feel it’s best to return it.

This is the most gorgeous bag I own. Don't let the print put you off. This looks great with solids and prints and multiple colors. My favorite Brahmin ever.
