A Little Luxury for Your Hands

I’ve been looking for a hand cream that actually hydrates without leaving greasy fingerprints everywhere, and the Grown Alchemist Gentle Rich Restorative Hand Cream is a winner. ​The Scent: It has that signature Grown Alchemist botanical scent—subtle, natural, and spa-like, not artificial or chemical-heavy. ​The Feel: Despite saying "Rich" in the name, it absorbs surprisingly fast. My cuticles were instantly softer, and my hands felt velvety, not sticky. ​The Packaging: The minimalist aluminum tube looks stunning. ​It is on the pricier side, but you only need a pea-sized amount. Highly recommend if you want to treat yourself or need a high-end gift.

Everything I didn't know I needed in a lotion

It is silky smooth, goes on like butter and made my dry skin immediately feel refreshed. I used this over my entire body, not just my hands. I have very sensitive skin and had no reaction

The formula isn’t thick or greasy. It’s nice to put on after washing hands. Smells a bit like play-doh to me lol

Not what I expected

I have the day cream and absolutely love it so I was excited to try this hand cream. Unfortunately, it does not even come close. While the scent description says "rose", it's more of a strong musky rose/sandlewood. My husband kept asking if I smelled mold in our home until we realized it was this hand cream. I also haven't noticed any difference in my skin after using for 2 weeks. Would not recommend. Unfortunately there's a cost to returning it so I'm stuck with this giant tube.

Can't stand the chemical smell

I can't tell you if it's moisturizing or not - the scent is just too off-putting. I *love* rose, also sandalwood and patchouli. But the only notes I'm getting are a strong and unpleasant chemical smell. I would send it back for a refund but I got the tiny tube and it's just not worth the hassle. I really like other Grown Alchemist products! Just not this one. :(
