Disappointed with Macy's on this delivery

My order was lost for 5 days in the shipping process then recovered and when it arrived the box was all dented and the product was not in any sort of wrapping to product it from breakage and the outside packaging was all dusty like it just came out from an attic and the seal of the bottle was detached. This is a skin care product that requires proper handling and storage, being it took so long to deliver and was lost for almost a week in the Arizona heat, I'm not even sure if I can still trust the quality of the product. Very disappointed with Macy's with this shipment. Will not buy skin care product from Macy's again.

Good choice for me

I have been using this one for 8 years and I do love it. It is a a great toner, it makes my skin smooth and refreshed. It helps improve skin texture and clarity, I have a brighter complexion after regular use.

I was really wanting to like this more than my Obagi toner, but this one has an odor I don’t like. Going back to my OBagi.
