Loved the Shoes Disappointing Delivery Service
The shoes are lovely, and the color and fit are perfect. Unfortunately, the delivery was unacceptable. DoorDash left my package outside the entrance to my gated community at approximately 3:00 a.m. Because the package appeared suspicious, neighbors reported it on our community network. Fortunately, they saw my name and delivered it to my home. Leaving a package unattended outside a gated community created a security concern and placed my order at risk of being stolen or discarded. Macy’s should use delivery services with secure procedures for gated communities. Although I am pleased with the shoes, this experience has seriously affected my confidence in ordering from Macy’s again.
