Shipped a Disgusting, Damaged Floor Model! Trash

This is a total joke. I re-ordered this stiletto in a size 8.5 to fix a defectively small sizing mold, and the Macy’s warehouse shipped a dirty, heavily worn floor model directly to my house! There was absolutely zero tissue wrapping, zero presentation paper, and the shoes are scuffed up and completely used. I spoke directly with a customer care operator to emphasize my extreme concerns about their shipping quality before placing this order, and their teams still blind-shipped damage to a premier loyalty buyer. Their logistics center is a complete hot mess. Do not trust their online inventory fulfillment! They will be returned with the size 8 both colors black and navy blue
