Save your toes!

If you loved the Pegasus 41 and bought the 42 expecting the same great fit, you will be disappointed. The 42 is extremely narrow. I literally checked the box to see if they had sent me a women's shoe by mistake. Nike finally did a great job created a natural toe box with the 41 and went right back to the nike narrow fit philosophy on the 42.

The Love for Nike Pegasus

I have worn Nike Pegasus for about 50 years. I am a one brand, one running shoe user. I don't wear or buy any other running shoe. I like the color and design of the Nike Pegasus 42 that I just purchased. I still walk/jog 3X a week for 4 miles.

Comfortable, Durable, and everything I need for my fitness goals!

I bought these shoes specifically for Orange Theory Fitness and OMG!!!! I have had the Pegasus 40, 41, and now 42. These are by far the best. Before I got these I thought about going vomero plus, but these offer a better all around scenario for the multiple exercises. 10 out of 10 I would recommend!

Solid Nike All Over Again

Nike Pegasus 42 is a return to the Nike of old. Finally!! Good reliable durable shoes that you can rack up the miles on. And with reasonable stack height and firm landing these are a training delight. Instead of the mushy over foamed landing of many of the shoes on the market, with the Pegasus your knees will thank you (firm and lower stack height is your friend). I am putting about 50 miles per week on them and they are great. I ran in Nike for 20 straight years mostly Vomeros and Air Zoom but in the last 3 years stopped as often the shoes would be shredded in a few runs. Happy to say these Pegasus 42s are holding up well for me.

Too wide for my narrow feet.

Loved the fit of Pegasus 41 but 42 is too wide for my narrow feet. My foot slips inside toe box causing blisters under foot. Tightening the laces helps somewhat but upper fabric folds, rubs and sometimes “clicks”. Same issue with the Pegasus ACG Trail. The new, bouncier midsole foam is great but the fit isn’t for me.

Make light grey sneakers with a white logo. One color!

Hi Nike. The Pegasus is a great shoe helmet the color combos are terrible. See that light grey sneaker. Why does it have an ugly red stripe across the bottom. Why can’t you make them in one color. You can’t even make them with the design your own nine. You have to discount them because of this. That’s why market share is dropping. Give people better simpler options!
