Great Quality Light Weight Jacket

This light weight puffer jacket is perfect for spring, fall and winter. It provides plenty of warmth without bulk. It is water and wind resistant and is very durable. I have purchased 3 of these jackets.

Pretty bad quality and customer service

I purchased this from Macy’s expecting quality merchandise, but it turned out to be awful. In less than three months, it started tearing apart. I contacted Hawke customer service, and they told me to deal with Macy’s since I purchased it from them.

Returned it.

I bought this coat and ended up returning it. The fit was a bit off. That is just my opinion. Maybe others mentioned fit as well. My Macy’s makes it easy to return.

nice jacket

great jacket; only problem was I didn't get it from Macy's. they sent me a sweater instead. returned that and applied for a refund. when they received the sweater, they said they issued a refund, which I didn't receive, so after 6 days I had PayPal issue me one from their guarantee program.
