Dirty stuff not the first time!!

First time I ordered a suit for my 13 year old son the size read 14 yrs when I got it it was for a baby! I ordered this suite and it came with white stains on the pants! I wish I could post a picture of it.

So so small

The pants themselves are great quality but the sizing is way off. I ordered a size 12 for my 9 year old based on the size chart. The waist was still so small but the length was perfect. For reference, he is not a big kid! He is average height for a 9 year old and I would call him athletically built. Not a string bean, but definitely not a big boy. And a size 12 pant fitting a 9 year old in terms of length is wild. Waiting on the size 14 to get here to see if it fits any better. Ordering and receiving the next couple sizes up was a total nightmare with Macy’s. Paid for expedited shipping, received 1 pair 2 days late and it’s a size 8, not the size 16 I ordered. Also received the order via DoorDash (what the…). Was told during the reorder process that the size 14 would be here in 3-5 business days and I’ve received 0 updates. Macy’s customer service has been hit or miss with both great reps and absolutely horrible reps.

Not the right color

The color online is listed as navy, but it isn't the same navy as the jacket I bought. There is no way to find the color code (in this case 409) on the web page. Grrrr.
