Perfect for the use

Not our first Breville and we had no second thoughts after the old one wore out after years of heavy use by our family. Makes lovely toast and is also useful for warming up pizza, making nachos, etc. You can also bake in it (and I prepared everything but a turkey in my old one in a pinch on Thanksgiving but I wouldn't recommend it).

So great I bought a second one

My first Breville Smart oven was used several times a day for more than 15 years; baking, toasting, roasting, etc. When it died of course I bought another!!!

Door doesn't close when Magnetic Auto Eject Rack opens

I returned my unit to Breville to fix the door. It was very hard to close when the rack was in the middle position (Magnetic Auto Eject) They said it could not be repaired and offered 30% discount for another over pro. We got the new one yesterday and it's worse than the 2 year old sent back last month. Door is very hard to close. The call center says they are very busy and will call back in a few hours. They never called back. I tried again, left my cell, no calls all day. I'll try again today

Delivery not satisfied

I placed the order on 5/29/26, order #4755773736. The initial delivery was going to be 6/3/26. The delivery emails alerts changed everyday. Finally was delivered 6/8/26. Not satisfied with delivery procedures.
