Hard and tasteless

These cupcakes were received well packaged with dry ice. I allowed them to thaw for 24 hours and the chocolate never softened, in fact the chocolate is so thick and hard it actually separates from the cupcake with minimum effort. I examined one of the cupcakes inside and it had about a pinch of cream. Please save your money as these are non-refundable.

Horrible in every way

I bought these for my daughters 30th birthday. The cupcakes we squeezed into a nicely packaged box. The majority of the cake would not release from the paper without tearing 2-3 times. The cake itself tasted ok, nothing special. The frosting is hard, and not creamy at room temperature. The candies are not tasty. Bloomingdale’s was kind to give me a refund.

good cake hard frosting

The cupcake it self was very good...but the frosting was hard and dry. The cakes arrived in a very nice box ...but looked a litte beat up . Not as nice looking as the picture. would not purchase again because of the presentation and dry frosting.
