This does not follow the size guide. I wear a sz 8/10 and ordered a medium and could not get it past my hips!

it fits and it’s a professional girdle

This is not your Grandmother’s girdle. You have to stuff yourself into these things They fit make it happen! and sleep in them and wear them every day. It will feel like a second skin with time and make everything you wear look Good

Never having used this type of product was unsure what to expect..material is thicker than what I was expecting and took me a bit to squeeze into it. Once on it was comfortable except the straps which dug into my arms. I'm 5'2 -150lbs and ordered a medium. The straps I could have lived with but having the opening area to use the bathroom left something to be desired. Large enough to use the bathroom without any issues but really needs a snap or something to keep area covered/closed. Area did not stay together when walking around and felt breezy" and uncomfortable. Product did what it was supposed to do but needs some improvements in between the leg area. Unfortunately, I will not wear this product in the future will maybe try another brand.
