Very disappointed
This eyeliner is trash. Save yourself the $ for the pencil and required UD sharpener. It does not last, it smudges and it is NOT waterproof. Ill stick to Maybelline tattoo studio eyeliner

Do not buy make-up online! I ordered this item and it never arrived. I called customer service three times and they never issued a replacement or refund.

Poor quality when it is not new
I bought it two months ago and it was good only while it was new, now it melts in the fingers and it’s difficult to make it sharp. And it crumbles under the eyes. Not happy about this quality.

Because our 24/7 liners are made with an ultra-creamy formula containing 50% moisturizing ingredients (like jojoba oil and vitamin E) to give you that signature, effortless glide, they can become very soft if they are exposed to warmth or humidity. To restore your pencil's quality and make it easy to sharpen without crumbling, we highly recommend trying this simple trick: Pop it in the freezer: Place your eyeliner pencil in the freezer for about 10 to 15 minutes before sharpening. This will temporarily harden the creamy core. Sharpen immediately: Use a sharp, high-quality cosmetic sharpener (like our UD Grind House Sharpener) with a precise blade to get a clean, sharp point without chewing up the formula.
