best bread knife for me, ever

I have had several so-called bread knives; but because of several flaws, including size--too big, too heavy etc--I was just trying once again. But, now that I've got this 7" "Classic" well-made, well-balanced and proportioned knife, I know what slicing, with ease, is all about. It is strong but light-weight, and cuts through as though the steel were charmed. I absolutely love to use it!

Enjoy the prep work

Love the Classic line. It is sharp right out of the box and retains it edge unlike others. It has a great feel with the balance and weight of the forged blade.

Replacing an old friend

Great Kitchen Knife

When my wife misplaced this knife that we had previously bought, I told her I was going to purchase another as this is the ONLY knife that I like to use. I have always been impressed with the sharpness, balance and durability that I have come to expect from Henckels. I highly recommend this knife!
