Wrong Item

You did not send the crystal solitaire but what you sent had a light blue-ish stone!! How do I get the correct one? I ordered online because I am stuck with a walker & a wheelchair and it is tough to go shopping!!!!!

These were stunning in the store, but they do not stay on your ears. I lost one in the first hour I had them on.
