I have been getting the best sleep of my life since this purchase. We live in the PNW so it can be a little chilly this time of year and we have not had to turn our bedroom heater on since purchasing.

The heavyweight comforter is WARM. I ordered both the heavy- and midweights, expecting that heavier would be better because I live in Alaska. While cool when first getting under the covers, the heavyweight down steadily trapped body heat. It was pretty amazing, really. It was also high volume and lux feeling. But sleeping with the thermostat at 67° in the main house and the bedroom window open 4 inches to 20s and 10s outside, it was so warm it woke me up each night. Tried the midweight and that's the winner. Truly impressed with the heavyweight, if folks are looking for a very warm bed in a very cold room. The midweight, though lacking the alluringly high loft, has been warm and comfy without being too hot so far. Pleased with the sale price and delighted to replace our old down comforter that had worn out and gotten too chilly. Also pleased with the ability to get prompt delivery by mail with free shipping even to Alaska, and to return such bulky items with prepaid shipping.

You sent me the wrong thing.
You sent me the wrong thing. I ordered the down comforter, but you sent me a completely different comforter. Now I’m gonna have to go to the store and exchange it. This is very inconvenient. It’s hard for me to believe that an online website could actually be This terrible. The billing address was also completely wrong. It used someone I had sent a gift to several years ago. I’m just horrified.
