Lightweight is already quite warm

I originally purchased a medium weight blanket, but it was too hot for me (I'm sweating in New York winter with no heat on), and I changed for a light weight one, which works well, and is already very warm. The covers of the blanket is thick and not that breathable, which adds on to the warmth.

Lightweight feels more like heavier all season

I have been searching high and low for the "perfect" duvet insert, willing to spend a bit more to get better quality. While I do think this is a good quality down duvet insert there are two things that are holding me back from calling my search over. 1) The weight on the lightweight is comparable to the weight of other manufacturers' "all season". I was hoping this would be truly be lighter so it would be a legitimate "all season" duvet. Alas, because it is actually as heavy as other "all season", it's still too warm for year-round where I live. My preference would be a lighter duvet insert and couple it with an additional blanket in the colder months. This is warm enough on its own in the colder months and I think it will be too warm in the hotter months. 2) The cover is very stiff and it makes noise. It is not as soft as other duvet inserts I've tried. I also suspect it is the cover that his making this insert heavier, rather than "lightweight". Lightweight is not truly lightweight

Hotel Collection Comforter

The comforter has a really nice feel and is warm. Because it’s the lightest of the comforters, it’s okay for the warmer climate of Hawaii. For the future, I hope this comforter could be offered with a lighter version yet and with some colors. Needless to say though, we really like the comforter

Feeling fluffy

This European Hypoallergenic UltraClean White Goose Down Lightweight Comforter is truly what I was looking for. I searched high and low for a true, clean goose down fill at a reasonable price and kept coming back to this one. Winters are short here in Texas so I chose the lightweight fill but also, I sleep hot so this feels just right for me. It takes a few days to fully fluff up and when it does it's heavenly like fluffy clouds just pillowy soft to the touch. As you sleep, it doesn't feel heavy or hot but still keeps in enough warmth. Quality sewn piping and corner ties. The fabric is thick with a geometric maze pattern. I would definitely recommend this brand.
