Great quirky Knives. Forks not so much

I’ll keep it straight to the point. I purchased these for my Fiancé. We both were raised to hold silverware in European manner. Regardless of what the other reviews say the knives are probably the most comfortable knives I’ve held in a long time, even if they’re quirky to use and balance isn’t perfect. On the other hand the forks lack some weight and if you hold forks upside down, the square butt of the fork is very sharp on the palm of the hand. Again this is dependent on how the forks are held, but my fiancé said she will never like using these forks.

Not Impressed

You get what you pay for. They're ok, nothing impressive AT ALL, I'm certainly not as impressed as most of the bots here seem to be. They're light weight and even after handwashing only, they're starting to become scratched and scuffed looking. It's been a month. I'll hang on to my decade old world market rubbish for a little longer.

Fantastic High Quality Flatware Set

I'd been searching for an elegant, every day flatware set that would also stand in for entertaining and the Zwilling Vintage set gave me just that. It is beautifully weighted (especially the knives) without being cumbersome. Thank you Macy's for offering such quality items.
