Bluegrass

It smells differently than I remember from when I used to wear it in the late 1960s. Heavier, not as fresh.

Mother´s favourite

My mother loved this perfume and was the one who introduced it to me. Over time, I came to love it even more, and I will always keep a bottle as a reminder of my mum. She preferred Blue Grass to Chanel No. 5, and having used both, I completely agree. That said, the fragrance seems to have become somewhat inconsistent over the years. Buying a bottle can feel like a lottery; sometimes the scent is disappointingly light, while other times it has the rich, distinctive character I remember. When it is right, it is a beautiful fragrance, but the variation in strength can be frustrating.
