Badass Read
I first found this book when I just turned 20 and was dealing with full time school & work as well as ending a long term relationship. This book taught me to put myself first and gave me helpful tips on how to be a better version of myself. This book was such an easy and fun read and I recommend it to anyone searching for a self help book. 10/10

Terrible book!
I expected more, what a disappointment! First, referring to God as “source energy” felt unnecessary & off-putting. You don’t have to water down or rebrand God to make a point— it came across as trying too hard to sound trendy rather than being authentic. The writing style was incredibly cheesy. The slang, forced “cool” language, & made-up terms made it hard to take seriously. Instead of feeling empowering, it felt cringey & distracting. The book rambles quite a bit. There were multiple times I forgot what point she was even trying to make. It felt repetitive, scattered, & not very cohesive. What bothered me most is the tone. It pushes a one-size-fits-all approach, as if everyone has the same mindset issues & this single “guide” will magically fix them. That oversimplification made the advice feel shallow. The cherry on top was the typos! Overall, this was a waste of time & money. There are far better self-help books out there that are thoughtful, structured, & actually inspiring.
