Arrives with just barely any bubble wrap. Broken

I love Lenox but shipping has not been a good experience. It doesn’t come compactly packed in a box. Instead they wrap it in some loose wrap along with some bubble wrap too. But these are fragile and didn’t hold well. Packing should be done better

Pretty as well as practical

I love these cups, they're very pretty and they keep my coffee warm while I'm drinking it. They are also microwave and dishwasher safe, so no problem to take care of. Was happy that I was able to buy just cups and saucers without needing to buy a whole set of dishes.
