Nice pot but heavy

Very nice and sturdy pot. The color is mesmerizing. I used it to cook soup and the soup stays hot the entire dinner. The only complaint is it is quite heavy and you cannot really wash it in the dishwasher, so washing it is a bit tiring

Incredible product

We made chili and pulled pork using this dutch oven. The meat from the pulled pork was so moist and just fell apart easily when shredding and the chili cooked amazingly on the stove top. Excellent product!

Product for a Lifetime

Solid cookware that I plan to have for the rest of my life. Internal coating is easy to cook and clean on, and the cast iron perfectly maintains heat for things like frying and roux-making. This was my 3rd piece from Staub and loving the big volume when cooking for a big group.

Best Christmas Gift

I received the Cocotte 9 qt as a Christmas gift and I’ve been using it every week so far! I love the color grenadine it really adds a pop of color to my kitchen. I definitely would recommend the size as well, it’s perfect for meal prepping.

Happy with 9 quart size

Nice large dutch oven. I originally purchased the 7 quart but returned it and purchased the 9 quart instead. The first recipe I made was osso buco for 7 people and the 9 quart was just the right size. I look forward to using this dutch oven for making delicious recipes for years to come. Very easy to clean, except the interior lid ridge.
