Great Coffee Maker

I like the ease of use. The controls are easy to see. The water is always hot. The only complaint I have is that the machine vibrates loudly. The water reservoir cover makes the noise even louder.

Best coffee maker!

What a difference between this coffee maker and our previous. The Cuisinart turns off by itself. You turn it on and you can immediately brew a cup of coffee or just hot water. It seems to run water through pod slower so the coffee is stronger than my previous brewer. A great purchase. A friend recommended it to me and I’ll recommend to friends and family.

COFFEE TIME IS ANYTIME ☕️

Love love my new one cup brew Cuisinart with the option of using K-cups or freshly grinded beans in the extra stored cup in the machine. The extra HOT option delivers a bonus. Most important is the deliciousness this machine produces each & every cup from dust to dawn 😁❤️☕️❣️

Nice coffee maker with good warranty.

After owning a half dozen Keurig’s over the past five years (because they’d crap out) I decided to purchase the Cuisinart since it carried a three-year warranty. So far I do like this model. However, there are three features I wish were added/improved. First, I wish it included a BOLD brew option. I now can only brew a 10 ounce cup because 12 ounces dilutes the flavor intensity (and I use a Sumatra/bold K cup). Secondly, the water reservoir tank is awkward to slide in to reattach. A handle would be preferred for easier lifting. Thirdly, it is extremely noisy while brewing. (I knew that going into this purchase based on reviews, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker). All in all I am pleased with this coffee maker and will be more apt to repurchase if the unit extends beyond the three-year warranty.

A very well made brewer. Easy to use with intelligent buttons. Xhot water setting is handy. Great reservoir capacity. So much better than other brand names!

Now working fine

Currently, the coffee brewer is working well, but loud. We have granite stone countertops & I placed a fabric mat underneath to help some sound. First one we ordered did not work at all right out of the box.

Sustainability

After 3 other Pod Coffee Makers in one year, I decided to get the Premium Single Serve. Our water quality here is a bit below good. I purchased one for my son, who lives here 2 years ago and his is used every day, so I purchased one for me.

Longevity with flavor

This is our 3rd SS-10 over the past 14 years. The other two have been remarkably good. They have brewed many thousands of cups of delicious coffee with only a rare hiccup. We tried another brand after the first one died but the coffee was not the same and we quickly bought another S-10.
