Returned online order due to packaging

I ordered this as a wedding gift for in-store pick-up. When I arrived, they handed it to me in a bag and sent me off. I looked in the bag to ensure there was a gift receipt for the couple, and found the package torn and the seal broken. While it appeared to have all the pieces, I this should have been sold as Open Box due to its condition. I returned it and looked for another set, but left empty-handed. Im sure the knives are great, but disappointed by their handling.

Not sharp by any means

Just got this set for Xmas. Nice set of knifes. BUT. They are not sharp at all. Like they are dull like a butter knife. All the reviews say how razer sharp they are cutting through meat. Did they forget to sharpen mine? Or am I supposed to go get them professionally sharped ??
