Item LOST in shipping, haven’t rcv’d

Item LOST en-route. UPS filed an exception saying they found an empty package that they discarded, and that they had contacted the seller. 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing. I finally called and talked to AI and they issued a replacement shipment… It’s been a few days and that shipment is stalled out in “”processing””. I also received an update on the original LOST order telling me “no problem, keep the item”… That would be the item I didn’t receive! I want it documented that I didn’t receive anything to be kept. I know the actual product is good. That’s why I ordered it. The shipping process of this order has been lacking at every turn!
