Best waterproof liner

This is the only eyeliner that will not smudge and run under my eyes! It is easy to apply and really stays in place!

Bummer ...

Product was just ... dry dry dry ... wouldn't transfer onto eyelid even with hard pressing etc. Finally just gave up and threw it away! Serious waste of money. :(
