}Sea salt adds a contemporary touch to these classic truffles from Charbonnel et Walker, with creamy caramel and hazelnut praline wrapped in rich milk chocolate for a delicious finish.
All tariffs aside...
A bit pricey for the quantity for these truffles BUT they are very tasty. For me the salt to caramel ratio is perfect. The cardboard 'tin' it arrives in isn't very impressive to me. If it were actually made of tin instead of cardboard the value would increase for what you pay for seven truffles. I am not the type to go to, say, a Las Vegas confections store inside a resort, so I am not sure how to compare the cheap cardboard packaging but it wouldn't be the first truffles I would go for it if I did unless there was some sharp price difference and I was crazed for truffles or something. These are VERY good but either change from cardboard to tin or lower the price or stuff at least one more into the package somehow. Also don't forget to be mindful of seasonal changes when ordering. It's pretty disappointing to wait for day for your candy in July and receive a box filled with melted, though very tasty clump of goop. Of you're okay with the clump, promptly refrigerate.
