poor packaging

this item should have additional protection inside its original box then that box should have protective packaging around it. It was shattered to pieces inside its own box.

Broken pitcher

Pitcher arrived shattered. Like other reviews state, the packaging was lacking. The pitcher was packed with minimal cushioning. After so many negative reviews, one would think this issue would be resolved.

PATHETIC SHIPPING

I read few reviews saying it came damaged. I was dumbfounded to find myself in the set situation. horrible service. extremely pathetic shipping. it was packed by keeping in the original box as is. no padding. no cushioning, etc etc. horrible mistake. This was a gift for family and I am troubled now, last minute.

Bad shipping

This came shattered in a million pieces from not being packed right. I did not even open it with glass falling out of sides. I spoke to a guy by text customer service and he handled me with a return and reordered a new one. I never received it and now it is not available online to purchase.
