Not Happy

I ordered two items from a bridal registry for a shower I will be attending and the items were sent directly to the bride to be. I wanted them sent directly to me, my address was given, so I could take them to the shower. Why would you send the items to the bride and not the customer who made the purchase?

Henckels Madison Square Flatware review

We love the pattern and the look of the Henckels Madison Square Flatware. It has a classy look which we like. The only slight downside is the weight is not as heavy as some of us prefer. My husband thinks this is perfect flatware and I am glad to hear that from him.

I want to love this set!

Purchased December 2025 received late so didn’t get to use until January 2026! Just my wife and I so they don’t get heavy use. We have always rinsed our silverware for years and different brands! Use dishwasher with heat dry! All of our knives are corroded and rusted within one month. Both sizes of forks and spoons still look good, but wondering for how long! I have filed a claim with Zwilling but have yet to hear back. I’m hopeful they will make this right and I will update my review then!

New Favorite Flatware!

I just bought this flatware set, and I love the finish and the design of the individual pieces! The 18/10 Stainless Steel feels great in my hand, and having a set of 12 is perfect for my family’s needs. Each piece feels sturdy and elegant, and I can tell I’m going to have this set for many years!
