Disappointed

I opened my package today, and this is how it looked. It appears that this serving set was used and returned, and then Macy’s shipped it to me in this condition. The item was purchased as a gift for someone, but I cannot possibly give it to that person looking like this. I am very disappointed in Macy’s and this product.

Very disappointed. Ordered the serving set but received a 22 piece flatware set. I was unable to exchange in store due to lack of inventory. There was not time for a mail exchange and it make it in time for the Christmas holiday. That was a gift that was not received. Sad Christmas

Macy’s did not deliver as promised

Macy’s totally disappointed me. I ordered this flatware set on 11-27-2023 as a Christmas gift. They sent the wrong item and promised to send the correct set. I called three times and was promised they would send the correct item. I finally called a fourth time and finally on 12-18-2023, I was told that the item was out of stock. I had received NO email from Macy’s. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by Macy’s. Now I have no Christmas gift for someone. Shame on you Macy’s.
