Wish I would have received

I ordered on July 10 th and never received any communication and after several calls I found out yesterday July 20 th that I would not be receiving the item I had paid for. Was very disappointed over no communication. Have ordered through Macys and has always been satisfied until now. Not sure how the ball got dropped but really wanted for a baby shower

Item missing

The baby gift I ordered “First Impressions Giraffe” was not in my order, delivered by UPS. The box it was delivered in was smashed open and retapped to try to keep it closed and together. I don’t know if it’s still in your warehouse or in UPS truck, but it’s not where it’s supposed to be; and that is here at my home.
