Difficult to open

I bought this 3 months ago and now I am having a hard time opening it for refill. I have watched some videos and it seems it needs to be opened by unscrewing the top, not pulling the item apart.

Pepper mill problem

I have had this mill a couple of weeks, the salt mill works fine, but the pepper mill does not adjust to a course grind and barely grinds at all after a couple of turns. Took pliers to remove the nut to open to refill and then the nut will not go back on. Looks good , but doesn't work . disappointed.

Salt and pepper shaker

I'm loving the style instead of having salt separated Shaker pepper separated Shaker it's all in one don't have to clutter up my counter top.

Very handy kitchen tool with iffy longevity

I like this mill, but I question its durability. When reassembling the mill, it's trickier to align the parts than it should be, and the threads on the clear plastic part have begun to break off. Should be fixable with some minor design tweaks.

Great mill

I love this duo mill! If you're having trouble refilling it and can't get the tops off, take the handle of a butter knife and gently tap around the mill where the plastic ring meets the glass, then try to unscrew the top. The tapping breaks the seal between the plastic ring and the glass. Keep taping until the seal is broken and you can easily unscrew the top from the glass. Hope this helps!

Excellent tool for my kitchen

I like everything about this mill, except that its capacity is a little small compared to what we’re accustomed to. Requires fairly frequent refilling. I do appreciate the compact size, so that’s the tradeoff. My solution to the top removal issue is a heavy-duty rubber band - simply wrap it around the top, and I can easily twist it off. Much easier for me to manipulate than the rubber jar openers.
