Love the product but awful dispenser

We love the product and the scent and always have, however we are very disappointed with the dispenser which drips after you have pressed it and taken the soap on to your hands. Apart from it being very wasteful (and particularly as it is expensive), it leaves a mess on the wash basin. Very annoying!

Lime Scent Strong, Overwhelming

Long Story Short Version. I love Jo Malone Products, and have been a repeat customer for over 10 years, trying various scents. I currently have 7 scents on my dresser. I am Very disappointed in JM CS. I purchased 2 body washes, Poppy and Barley, and Basil & Neroli. By mistake, I ended up with this Lime Basil. I gave it a try, but found it to be extremely overwhelming to wear. The strong scent stayed with me throughout the day. I tried to return this item, barely used, but after being bounced around on the Chat line, I was told it had to be less than 10% used, and in new condition....that in itself is a contradiction. I asked if I returned the product, and JM deemed it did not meet the criteria, would they return it to me. (I thought I could use it as a very expensive handwash in the kitchen, or give it away) . I received a resounding "NO". We keep your product and your money1 Understand this: if my product is returned, maybe a hair less than required, it is kept along with the money I paid, no credit given, not even partial credit. Is that a JM Value? Is this ethical? Isn't that...fraud? I own 7 scents from JM, and have used the products for over 10 years, and always try new scents. but this one, was suppose to be a Basil and Neroli scent, by mistake I got the Lime Basil. But, I decided to try it anyway. My Lo$$. Literally. #6120809688
