Stopped working first few minutes of use.
My grandaughter loved this for about 4 minutes until it stopped working. Just opened, installed brand new batteries. Worked once or twice and then stopped working.

Here are a few important details to know about our sound puzzles: They’re light-activated, and once new batteries have been installed, it’s best to use the puzzle in a brightly lit room. When you remove a puzzle piece from the board, you’ll see a little circle, which is the light sensor. Depending on the style, once the sensor has been exposed to light, you’ll hear the sound OR when you place the puzzle piece back on the board. If playing with your puzzle in a well-lit room does not make each piece “sound off” consistently, please give us a call and we'll be more than happy to help you. Another sound puzzle that is loved
My 2 year old granddaughter loves this puzzle. She takes out the pieces and imitates the movements in the song. It’s one of the things that she plays with every time she visits.

Great song!
Our two-year-old grandson loves this puzzle. He can do the puzzle part, but his preschool sings this song, so he thinks it’s great! He likes to make the music stop and start.

Does not work
My son got this as a gift for Christmas 2 weeks ago and it already does not work. The batteries are brand new yet still no music plays. It’s very disappointing. He only used it a handful of times before it stopped working.
