The OXO Good Grips 11-Pound Food Scale with Pull-Out Display is perfect for portioning meat, produce, spices and more. Weigh items directly on the platform, on a plate or in a bowl. The display pulls away from the base to prevent shadowing from large containers. A weight indicator shows the capacity left on the Scale before the 11-pound maximum is reached. Press the Zero button to offset the weight of a container or to set the weight back to zero before adding additional ingredients. The display features large, easy-to-read numbers in 1/8-ounce (US) and 1-gram (metric) increments. The platform is easy to clean by hand and the Scale's thin profile stores neatly.

A must have for bakers!

Good, accurate scale, but not perfect.

The scale has all the features I wanted and in the several times I've used it, it seems to be very accurate. I took off a star because the scale has a very lightweight, flimsy feel to it. So much so, I wouldn't have bought it if I'd handled it before I ordered it.

A great tool for baking

This oxo gc stainless steel scale is great for measuring i make a lot of sour dough bread and this is a life saver for perfect portions its easy to operate and durable
