Unable to rate due to sprayer part not working.

Purchase two of these for gift thru out the year, gave my son one for his birthday and he opened it and the spray part of it is not spraying, because I purchased it early in the year I missed the return window and now I have a full bottle unable to use and another bottle not opened, would appreciate anything you can do.
