Club RoomMen's Herringbone Convertible Suspenders

Did not get it because of Macys.com error

Not a review of the suspenders but a terrible experience with Macys. My default store is in DC, but somehow the store pickup went to a store in Atlanta. I couldn't cancel the order so I contacted customer service and was told they couldn't cancel the order, but that the order should get canceled if it's not picked up in 7 days, and if I wanted it resolved sooner I'd have to contact the store in Atlanta directly. I called the store many many times to try to get the order canceled, but no one ever picked up. Half the time the call wouldn't even connect to the navigation menu. I tried navigating to a couple different departments related to my order to see if I could speak to someone only to realized they were always sending me to the same extension every time where no one picked up. Not sure if I've spoken to an actual person at all in this entire process. I would have preferred to email Macys but they don't provide an email and the virtual chat was no help so I put this in a review
