Beautiful great quality but poor shipping

I ordered 3 of these as gifts for Mother’s Day since it was on sale and supposed to arrive on time for Mother’s Day. Well, it just arrived today, Wednesday May 13, and to make it even worse, they stuffed 2 items in 1 crumpled box. The other one was shipped separately and was wrapped in a shipping paper only. Each tray should come in its original box as it is sold as one separate item. I don’t think I will be gifting these without the original box!

Good item, terrible delivery

The problem I had was this item was never delivered and returned to Macy’s and now I face a problem getting a credit from them. This was the second part of a gift delivery, the first delivery was made perfect however, this item was not delivered and returned Macy’s. Customer service gave me an incorrect email address to send supporting documents And have been difficult to contact.

Love all the pieces

I love this line. I bought everything from the new wave line. Each piece is perfection. The exquisite lines, the structure and the durability. The platter is large enough to hold a lot of food but not too large that is heavy or bulky. Will definitely buy again
