Great product

The inner cup is slightly closer to one side than the other. Other than that it's a great product and kept my drink cold for much longer than if I used a regular cup.

Not dishwasher safe

Can NOT put in dishwasher or water gets in-between glass

The Best!

The Best double glass mugs I ever bought, the quality is the best, i keep buying them for so many years now, and when tried another brands, the quality is incomparable.. Last for years, breaks rarely but after a while they do need to be replaced, last in my kitchen for years comparing to other brands that last for few week or few months maximum..

Beautiful style

Every morning I get very excited when making my latte This glasses are so beautiful, I feel like taking a picture of my latte every day, it keeps my latte hot and when I’m holding it I don’t feel the heat on my hand. I’ll buy more for gifts. And yes, I wash them by hand.

Trigger words dont mean quality

There are varying levels to Borosilicate glass this is very low quality. It's extremely thin and absolutely fragile. The very first time I used the glass the inside made a "ting" sound as i was pouring the coffee into the glass. Upon emptying the glass I found a spiderweb Ccrack up one side. Don't waste your money... go buy real coffee mug.
